Ubuntu is an African philosophy: I am because we are. People become people through other people. It is also the most practical leadership truth I know. Everything I have built, scaled or sold was built through people. Every leader I rate earned their authority through how they treat people, what they say and how they make others feel. That is the thinking behind everything here.
